1. Peacock - Model: Shelby Todd Equipment: Canon 5D Mark II, Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM, Elinchrom D-Lite 4 IT This was my first shoot with a model using my new Elinchrom strobes, and this shot in particular was the result of a test to see what sort of action and clarity I could capture with the max sync speed that my camera and strobe allows, which is 1/160.  The background is actually a blanket, which we hung on the wall, conveniently called a ‘peacock blanket.’  All in all, got some interesting shots from this shoot that I can’t say I’ve ever shot before.
